These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of metertofeets.com (the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

MeterToFeets provides free unit conversion tools and reference content for personal, educational and professional use. You may use the Site and its tools at no cost and without creating an account. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for other users, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Accuracy disclaimer

We check every conversion factor against recognized standards (including the SI system, NIST and ISO references) and test our calculations carefully. Even so, MeterToFeets is provided for general reference, and we cannot guarantee that every result is free of error or fit for every purpose. For currency conversions in particular, displayed rates are indicative and can lag real-time market rates — they should not be relied on for financial transactions, trading, or any decision where an exact, up-to-the-second rate is required.

You are responsible for independently verifying any conversion before relying on it for a critical, safety-related, financial, legal, or medical decision.

3. No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeterToFeets and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any result it produces.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, layout, branding and original written content are owned by MeterToFeets. Conversion factors and formulas themselves are general scientific facts and are not owned by anyone; you’re welcome to use the numbers. Please don’t copy the Site’s design or text wholesale and republish it as your own.

The Site may link to external resources for reference. We don’t control, and aren’t responsible for, the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site.

7. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update these Terms, or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
